Clinical Sequencing Manager, Molecular Lab

We are looking for a Clinical Sequencing Manager reporting to the Business Lead Molecular Lab. The company is striving to become the partner of choice in genetic sequencing for human health.

The main purpose of the job is to drive demand for the Sequencing Solutions portfolio in Sweden by:
Business Development
Sales activities
Medical information and Clinical selling
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management 
Interviews for this position will commence immediately.

BA/BS, MS degree and/or PhD in Life Sciences. PhD is an advantage.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience from work in a clinical diagnostics or research laboratory.

Functional Competencies:
You have an understanding of the Swedish health care system and an interest in developing a deeper knowledge of the Swedish diagnostics/healthcare market. 
Strong sales skills
Strong theoretical knowledge of NGS sequencing technology and data analysis
Ability to communicate research results in a clear and concise fashion
Strong presentation and communications skills in both Swedish and English
Our focus is medical value and precision medicine why it is crucial that you feel comfortable speaking in those terms and talk to all kinds of stakeholders including physicians, lab managers etc
Knowledge of hereditary and cancer disease biology and diagnostics is an advantage
Understanding of the workflow in clinical genetics and/or molecular pathology labs is an advantage
Hands-on experience of target enrichment and/or NGS library preparation is an advantage
Experience from selling SaaS or SaMD is an advantage
