Purchaser to Mediplast
In the exciting role as Purchaser at Mediplast, you will work in a global, high pace and dynamic environment. Here you will have an independent role where you will have responsibility for planning, purchasing and delivery monitoring, both from suppliers and our own manufacturing. You will act as a proactive adviser and follow- up on your daily targets.
You will have personal responsibility for a number of suppliers and actively work to ensure long-term relationships. In the role of Purchaser, great structure, accuracy, and the ability to see the whole picture are required as you will work daily with orders, delivery plans, lead times, forecasts, stock levels and turnover.
Through analysis of supply chain data, you will predict, manage, and avoid risk situations. Inventory management, tracking backorders, understanding pricing and evaluating risk factors will also be your area of responsibility.
You work in a collaborative way internally with various stakeholders to ensure deliveries take place according to agreements and targets. You will be part of a team consisting of six colleagues in purchasing.
About you
For you, high quality, precision, and structure is important. As a person, you are analytical, proactive, business-minded and have an interest in driving improvement, supporting decision-making processes and streamlining our internal processes. In a non-prestige way, you are happy to take on new challenges with an ability to see the solutions rather than obstacles. You are a true team player, prestige less and communicate and convey messages well to your various contact areas, both internally and externally. For us, it is important that you contribute to a healthy culture that is characterized by humility, helpfulness, respect, great personal ownership and always with a clear focus on the patient and healthcare professionals.
