Digital Marketing Communicator to Mediplast

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Execute Digital Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead innovative digital marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Drive Targeted Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, online campaigns, SEO, and web-based advertising to generate quality leads.
- Manage and Develop Online Presence: Enhance our website and social media platforms to strengthen our brand visibility.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop compelling content and sales-support materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Leverage AI Tools: Implement AI-based tools to optimize content creation, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
- Build Market Insights: Conduct trend analyses to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Support Internal Communication: Assist with LMS trainings and company-specific presentations.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with our Sales teams, Product Managers and Marketing Coordinators, to align marketing activities and material.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and personal attributes that drive successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be crafting compelling content and engaging with diverse audiences across multipl platforms. You should be digitally-savvy, with a deep understanding of social media trends, SEO, and analytics tools. A proactive and adaptable mindset is crucial, as the digital landscape is ever-evolving. We value team players who can collaborate effectively while also taking the initiative and working independently. A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling will thrive in this role!
- 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing, communication, or lead generation role
- Solid experience in online marketing, SoMe (especially LinkedIn), content creation, and lead generation tools
- Skilled in PowerPoint and visual presentation design
- Familiar with AI-based tools and how to integrate them into marketing workflows
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and digital advertising platforms
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Danish or Swedish
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign
- Experience from an international company is a plus
